If we build in harm's way (and especially where the landscape is exploited for profit), we have responsibility to warn the citizenry - despite their resistance to the message and the opposition of the profiteers. If the message is crafted and distributed with care and forethought, many can be saved. But governments talk among themselves first, the business community second and the people when there's time and money - which never happens. So become the complacent --met with the earth's real power.
Mother Nature is merely a hazard.
We are the disaster.
